Click on the "White Box" of the Day / Week you want to add the amount of Calories Consumed.
Add the amount of Calories Consumed in the pop-up box. Then click Save or you can cancel if you picked the wrong day.
Your Calories Consumed will be added automatically for the week and monthly totals.
You can add your weight by tapping the "lbs" box to add your weight, whether it be in decimal or a whole amount.
As always click on the Save button so your calories will be there the next time you open your app
Re-opening the App, tap on the orange Tap for Totals button or just simply add more calories and the totals will add up.
After one month, Click on the < Clear button to clear all fields and start a new month.
Click Yes and start a new month of counting Calories Consumed
You may prefer to start
Calories Consumed on a day other than Sun. Now you can! Tap on the Sunday field and change it to whatever day you want to begin adding Calories Consumed.
For example type Fri and the rest of the week will populate automatically.
Of course you can change it to any day that you prefer.
